I had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the stunning view of the lake from the bar area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. On the downside, the rooms need a bit of an upgrade, and I did encounter noise from the lifts which was quite annoying. Overall, I felt the location was perfect for exploring, but some improvements in the room quality would make it even better.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, right across from the lovely Nauel Huapi Lake. The staff was friendly and the view from the bar was breathtaking. However, the noise from the lifts and the idling buses was quite bothersome, and the room itself was shabbier than I hoped for the price. Overall, the hotel has great potential but could use some improvements in soundproofing and room maintenance.
